Server Side management in terms of Windows OS, Exchange , Kaseya, Symmantec etc.
Installation & Configuration of Active Directory , DHCP
Implementation and Up-gradation of AD & Exchange.
Exchange installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting
Backup Management
Scheduling DR drills
Monitoring security of Desktop & Server environment
Inventory Management & Patch Management
Vendor coordination
Policy , Process documentation & Change updation as and when required
Monitoring IT Process in terms of Desktop & Servers
