Work Location: Pharma R&D Centre located at Irungattukottai, Chennai.
Responsibilities:
Partnering with Business in strategic HR initiatives.
Co Anchoring OD / Learning & Development and other employee engagement Initiatives
Design, develop and implement Culture Building activities.
Providing Inputs and views towards Strategic HR initiatives / Policies and practices.
Accountable and responsible for end to end – Talent Actuation and Retention Activities
Conceptualizing and implementing Employee welfare and fun at work place initiatives.
Design and implement HR analytics metrics for proactive intervention and decision making.
Implementing 360 degree feedback / Employee motivation survey based formal interventions.
Skills Set
Effective communication skills honed in business partnering/advisory roles
Examples of adding value as both an individual contributor and active team member
Ability to represent the Human Resource function as part of the bigger business picture
Strong understanding of employment laws of land
Exposure working and handling expats is a must.
Having certification from any one of the type based Psychometric Instrument namely MBTI/Thomas is added advantage
