Job Description:
This position will be critical to shaping the next generation of FPGA products from Xilinx, the leader in FPGAs. The successful candidate for this position will join a technology leader, a rapidly growing organization and be an integral member of a skilled and motivated team. This role would help lead the design, development and verification of the next generation SoC/FPGA devices for Xilinx.
Responsibility: To manage a team of engineers responsible for the Silicon development of Xilinx products. The candidate will manage a team engaged in developing Silicon components, including the Processing System for SoC products. This would involve managing directly and/or indirectly teams involved in RTL design, verification, physical design, IP selection and integration as well as the validation and characterization of new silicon and rollout to production.
