Senior Change Agent

Job Description:

The Project Excellence, Center of Expertise (PEX CoE) Change Agent is fundamental to the success of a Lean transformation on the ground, either within a Team by Team or Value Stream Optimization project. A Change Agent is a “catalyst of change” and works on diverse transformation projects. He/she supports at least one Change Leader and his/her team, and acts as a direct coach to the SMEs and SPOCs within the business area. A Change Agent drives the day-to-day progress of the transformation by ensuring good prioritization, clarifying questions and managing the pace. He/she ensures proper project delivery on time with the right level of impact and quality.

The main activities and responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Assess current state conditions across the lenses of Voice of Customer, Process Efficiency, Metrics and Results, Mindsets and Behaviors and Organization and Skills to identify pain points and root causes.
Design the future operational state by streamlining processes, setting KPIs and defining new ways of working.
Ensure sustainability of solution implementation to help deliver lasting change.
Support cultural change towards a continuous improvement mindset.
Coach line managers and team members on tools and methods for improving efficiency and effectiveness and deploying future state processes.

Minimum 5 years change or transformation management experience.
Good understanding of operational processes within the financial services industry.
Experience and passion for Process / Continuous Improvement and the necessary gravitas to be credible with peers and mid/senior management (globally, regionally and functionally) and with process redesign, including conducting workshops and interviews.
Process optimization experience (Lean and/or Six Sigma knowledge and skills are a plus).
Strong analytical, communication and facilitation (workshops) skills.
Ability to collaborate with all levels within the organization.

Experience in change programs.
Fluency in English both oral and written.
Flexibility and ability to travel at least 25%, up to 3 months assignments.
