Fast paced, dynamic environment, which emphasizes quality and responsiveness to customers requires a detail-orientated System Center Operations Manager Administrator. The individual will be responsible for proactively administering the SCOM Platform. In addition, this role will work with System Engineers and Architects to plan, build, deploy, and manage Microsoft System Center platform solutions.

Description of Services –
Develop understanding of business processes being supported by the System Center Suite.
Track project and progress information in Team Foundation Server (TFS).
Analyze and resolve problems of medium-hard complexity.
Exceptional documentation skills (design, systems, processes and procedures).
Participates in Security Awareness projects and makes contributions to documentation.
Coordinate with other teams and ensures system alignment with overall business technology strategy.
Proactively manage multiple SCOM Groups
Support the organizations change management policy, practice and methodology.
Manage SCOM platform related incidents in SCSM
Description of Services –
Assist project team/business customers in evaluating, developing, implementing and supporting system architecture components.
Participate in developing time estimates for project schedules.
Assist in installation, customization, development, implementation and maintenance of systems developed internally and/or in conjunction with an outside vendor.
Ability to balance technical value with customer perception and satisfaction.
Adaptive work style that is able to handle multiple priorities, competing demands, and function in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
Mandatory Technical Experience:
5+ years SCOM design and administration in complex environments with at least 1 year hands on experience with SCOM 2012.
Fundamental understanding of various infrastructure technologies such as storage, networking and virtualization.
3+ years PowerShell experience.
Understanding of Microsoft Management Platforms and roadmaps.
Understanding of Microsoft Technology stack.
Understanding of ITIL and MOF frameworks.
