Salman’s ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ nearing Rs 300 crore mark

Salman Khan’s “Bajrangi Bhaijaan” is expected to cross the Rs 300 crore mark by this week and has already collected Rs Rs 294.98 crore till now.

The Kabir Khan-directed movie is going strong in its fourth week and earned Rs 2.75 crore on Monday.

In UAE where the 49-year-old superstar is very popular, the movie has grossed USD 7.75 million, becoming the highest ever grossing Hindi film in the country.

“BajrangiBhaijaan remains STRONG. (Week 3) Friday Rs.4.11 crore, Saturday Rs.6.80 crore, Sunday Rs.9.07 crore, Monday Rs.2.75 crore. Total: Rs.294.98 crore. All Time Blockbuster,” trade analyst Taran Adarsh posted on Twitter.

Till Sunday, “Bajrangi Bhaijaan” has collected USD 23.5 million (Rs.150.54 crore) outside India.

The film also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and child actress Harshaali Malhotra.
