Relationship and Motivation of branch staff to help generate leads
Training of branch staff and Private banking RMs on cross sell of insurance products
Key customer calls (Private Banking customers)
Objection handling and aiding sales process carried out by channel
Retention, Focus on health products.
Ideal Candidate Profile :

Full time MBA with 1-4 years of experience.
Currently on roll with the organization.
No Gap in Employment.
Proven track record in Sales and Marketing.
Excellent Communication Skills

Salary:INR 2,00,000 – 4,00,000 P.A
