“Yoga is the most favorable method for everyone as it helps in balancing the mind and body. The idea behind Facial Yoga is the same as for exercising the rest of your body, the facial muscles will naturally begin to lose elasticity and flexibility with age due to lack of use which leads to a droopy appearance” said Ruchika Sharma. Face consists of over 57 different muscles which act singly and in combination creating many facets of facial expressions, she added. (NSS)
