Eluru: In a ghastly incident occurred on National Highway near Bhimadole village of West Godavari district on Monday, nearly 20 passengers were injured when an APSRTC bus rammed into a lorry. Police sources said that a Tanuku depot RTC bus bound for Dwaraka Tirumala collided with a lorry at Kanaka¬durgamma temple near Bhimadole village.
Injured persons including bus driver D Ramakrishna were rushed to the hospital. Condition of seven is said to be critical. Police said that the RTC driver drove on the wrong side and crashed into the lorry. A case has been registered and Bhimadole police is investigating the case.
