Minimal Qualifications :
Expertise with PeopleSoft development and debugging
Superb trouble shooting skills and tenacity in problem solving
Must be able to solve complex application problems
Extreme focus on quality and Client satisfaction
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly

Education
Btech / Mtech / MBA HR
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience with enterprise software development
Skills
People Tools (e.g ., Application Designer, Data Mover, etc.)
PeopleSoft Human Capital Management
Mexican or Australian Global Payroll
SQL and RDBMs experience ( e.g., Microsoft SQL Server , Oracle , DB2 )
Operating Systems: Windows, Unix, Linux, z / OS
SQR
Desired Qualifications:
Ideal candidate is also familiar with PeopleSoft Financials and / or Campus Solutions
COBOL development skills are a plus
Familiarity with PeopleSoft Global Payroll also desired
