Telangana TDP working president A Revanth Reddy today opined that introduction of creamy layer for BCs was not justifiable.
In a letter to Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today, Revanth Reddy stated that the GO on creamy layer would render great injustice to the youth in government jobs, who are economically and socially backward in Telangana. There was the possibility of BC youth losing opportunity of getting government jobs if their families have annual income above Rs six lakh. He demanded that the TRS government withdraw the GO that applies creamy layer rule to those families whose annual income crossed Rs six lakh. (NSS)
