National Integrity Committee held a function on the occasion of birth anniversary of Father of the National and freedom fighter Gandhi Ji wherein awards and mementos were presented to volunteers who served pilgrims at Hajj House. The awards were presented by acting Chairman Congress Committee Telangana Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka. On the occasion the speakers paid rich tributes to the services of late Gandhi Ji and expressed grief over the deaths of pilgrims in crane collapse accident in Makkah and stampede at Mina.
Mr. S K Afzaluddin President National Integrity Committee and spokesman Pradesh Congress Committee Telangana presided over the function. Mr. Vikramarka claimed that reservations are the constitutional right of Muslims but TRS government failed to fulfil its promise, which is regrettable.
