Position: Regional Training Manager – South (Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka & Tamil Nadu).

Educational Qualification: Must be a Science / Pharma Graduate. MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience of on the Job training and having worked in Pharma sales either as 1st line or second line manager.
Professional experience in Pharma / OTC and technical product training and
selling skills focused on reproductive gynae segment.
To conduct training programs for all sales staff across entire South India.
Job involves extensive travelling entire South.
He would also be required to provide software trainings, Product Knowledge
as well as on field training to all sales staff from time to time.
Salary:INR 6,00,000 – 7,50,000 P.A. Plus Mobile Reimbursement, Company benefits (medi Claim for self,family and parents, Employer PF contribution, Gratuity, Diwali Bonus) and Working Allowances as applicable
