Ranbir Kapoor tags Imtiaz Ali as ‘grand- daddy’ of love stories

Bollywood former love birds Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, who will be soon seen in romantic- drama flick Tamasha, landed in the national capital to celebrate this year’s Diwali with media fraternity.

Talking about working with Imtiaz Ali, Ranbir exclusively told ANI, “Imtiaz has been instrumental in my career as Deepika’s career as well and this is our film together. He is one of the best directors of the country and is the best love-story maker. He is the grand- daddy of love stories.”

Ranbir looked sharp in maroon kurta-pyjama teamed up with a printed flower jacket whereas leggy lass Deepika looked gorgeous in an off-white saree with smoky eyes.

The Barfi star and the 29-year-old actress made rangoli, played cards and lighted diyas on the occasion.

The duo also spoke about their movie Tamasha and revealed that it is not a sad movie but a happy movie with a happy ending.

The movie helmed by Imtiaz Ali is all set to hit the theatres on November 27.
