Dalhousie: A primary school teacher in Dalhousie has been accused of sexually harassing and drinking the blood of his girl students.
Girls in their statements which were given in the court said that the teacher who is retired defence personnel, used to have unnatural sex. They said that he even used to drinking their blood. The girls were suffering for the past 3 years.
Victims also claimed that block level education department officer was aware about the cruelty buy did not took any action. The accused has been booked under section 377 and other charges will be added after receiving their medical report of the victims.
