President Mukherjee greets Czech Republic on eve of national day

New Delhi, Oct.27 : President Pranab Mukherjee has extended his greetings and felicitations to the Government and the people of the Czech Republic on the eve of their National Day.

In his message to the President of the Czech Republic, MiloÅ¡ Zeman, the President said: “On behalf of the Government, the people of India and on my own behalf, I extend greetings to you and to the people of the Czech Republic on the occasion of your National Day.”

“India and the Czech Republic share a long history of close relations. The bilateral cooperation between our two countries has been successful and mutually beneficial. I am confident that our cooperation will further strengthen in many areas of our shared interest in the years to come,” President Mukherjee added.

“I take this opportunity to convey my best wishes for your good health and personal well-being and for the progress and prosperity of the friendly people of the Czech Republic,” he said.(ANI)
