New Delhi, Aug.23 : President Pranab Mukherjee on Sunday extended his greetings and felicitations to the government and people of Ukraine on the eve of their Independence Day.
In a message to his Ukranian counterpart Petro Poroshenko, President Mukherjee said, “On behalf of the Government, the people of India and on my own behalf, I would like to extend warm greetings and felicitations to you and to the friendly people of Ukraine on the occasion of your Independence Day.”
“We look forward to the further strengthening of the friendly ties and bilateral cooperation between our two countries. Please accept my best wishes for your personal well-being as well as for the continued progress and prosperity of the people of Ukraine,” he added. (ANI)
