Hyderabad: If any student wants to study abroad, he should plan it before hand. He should get necessary information and guidance from the universities, colleges and courses. These thoughts were expressed by Mr. Sarfaraz Husain, CEO, London Educational Management Consultant while addressing a gathering of students in a seminar held on “Opportunities for study abroad” at Mahboob Husain Jigar Hall, Siasat Office Complex yesterday. Continuing his address, he told that it is not important to study abroad but it is essential that a student gathers information through internet search about the top universities abroad since there are some universities which are below standard. He said some universities admit students without GMAT or GRE. The students should register their applications before the last date. They should also avail of the facility provide by Govt. of Telangana under overseas study scheme. Logistic management courses are much in demand in foreign countries.
Talking to students, Mr. Amer Ali Khan, News Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily stressed the need for the students to prepare themselves mentally before going abroad for studies. The largest advantage of study abroad is that they get preference in Gulf Counties.
Mr. Sarfaraz Husain replied to many questions posed by the students. Mr. M.A. Hameed answered the questions about scholarship program. He also conducted the meeting and proposed vote of thanks at the end.
