Paul Walker’s father sues Porsche for `wrongful death`

Washington D.C., Nov. 26 : Looks like Paul Walker’s father is still in grief after his son’s death two years ago as he has sued Porsche for the wrongful death of his son.

In the court documents, Walker’s father has alleged that the Carrera GT lacked certain safety features that could have saved the lives of Walker and his friend, Roger Rodas, at the time of the accident, People reports.

The actor’s father has stated that the car did not have stability control system, side-door reinforcements and a breakaway fuel line.

Earlier, the police determined the cause of the accident to be speeding and stated it was between 80 and 90 MPH at the time of impact. (ANI)
