Job Description:

First Pass Semiconductors Pvt Ltd is a semiconductor design services start-up, embarking on a high growth plan. FPS is looking for a high energy business development & sales professional to join the team and realise an exciting high growth career.

The person will be responsible for all sales in designated accounts and territories. The person will be responsible from prospecting through completing a sale. The person will have responsibilities in the India territory, and additional responsibilities for other territories.

Primary Responsibilities:

Present & Sell companys services to current and potential clients
Prepare action plans and schedules to achieve sales targets
Develop and maintain sales materials, presentations and proposals
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
Identify sales opportunities and nurture them to obtain sales orders from clients
Prepare and complete sales agreements with clients

Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in marketing events
Follow up with clients for collections
Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

Graduate in Engineering, Science or Mathematics, preferably B.E/B.Tech. Higher level of qualifications will be an advantage
About 8 12 years of overall experience with half or more in sales role. Direct hands on experience in semiconductor design will be an advantage.
Must have experience selling to Semiconductor product developers, and semiconductor design services clients
Must have a track record of achieving high percentage of sales targets on a regular basis
Must have very good spoken and written communication skills

Salary:INR 15,00,000 – 25,00,000 P.A
