End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping, and on boarding candidates.
Recruiting technical engineers and support professionals from entry level to senior levels through various channels like Direct hires, Networks, Referrals, Job Portals, LinkedIn.
Hands on Experience in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-up, End to End requirement
Should have customer facing skills
Well versed in fulfilling various vanilla & niche skill requirement.
Lateral Hiring: Identifying the right candidates with required skill set and experience and exactly matching the requirement as per the job description.
Regular interaction with the Employees based at client site for any issues and concerns.
Create and maintain profiles of candidates interested in contract, contract-to-hire and full-time employment positions.
Preparing and maintaining daily MIS (Excel sheets or Reports i.e. source mix, cost per hire, TAT (Turnaround Time), offers, hires, declines, ratios, compensations etc.
Mentoring and giving training to new recruiters and junior recruiters within team.
Innovate or lookout for new initiatives for recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against a tight deadline
Strong motivation for personal success
Should be able to convince the consultants for re-location if required showing them the advantages to take up this particular offer.
Should be able to negotiate the Notice periods with the consultants depending on the timelines we have.
