Candidate with full time MBA or equivalent Masters Degree in a reputed institute
2- 4 years of HR Generalist experience in Human Resources, including staffing/recruiting, employment laws and employee relations.
Preferably from IT industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Willing to work flexible hours.
Compliance for statutory regulations on personnel & administration
Compliance for all HR related requirements for the companys employees.
Build & maintain productive relationships with staff & management
Recruitment process management (End to End)
Monthly HR MIS /Attendance /Inputs for Payroll processing
Ensure appropriate salary administration process after reconciliation of attendance data (Payroll)
Employee Relation/Retention & Internal Change Management.
Assist in maintaining discipline in the organisation
Ensure manpower availability and retention in line with business objectives
Complete recruitment process;
Assist in general administration & housekeeping;
Advise management re personnel policies and recommending appropriate changes.
Ensure compliance with various regulations including ESI Act, PF Act, etc
Planning & execution of training for staff & managers;
