Selling Medical devices through dealers and distributors and direct institutional selling through hospitals & Doctor
Appointing new dealers as per market segmentation
Working with hospital & Drs
Organizing CME
Organizing & attending seminars and conferences
Meeting sales target
Managing chain of dealers and distributors
Coordinating with HO for order execution
Making annual sales budget of the territory
Involves lot of travelling within state
Must have ability to convince Dr on quality and feature of products rather than price
Should have self confidence and also ready to take on new assignment
