No truck with MIM in GHMC poll: Uttam

TPCC president Uttam Kumar Reddy today made it clear his party would not have any alliance with the MIM in the ensuing Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation elections.

 

Addressing the gathering at the Charminar on the occasion of Rajiv Gandhi Sadbhavana Yatra Silver Jubilee Celebrations here on Monday, Uttam called upon the cadre to strengthen the party in Old City and ensure victory of the Congress. He also alleged that the Narendra Modi government was trying to dishonor the Nehru and Gandhi families and hatching a conspiracy to black out services rendered by the Nehru and Gandhi families to the nation.

Party senior leader and former Union Minister Sudini Jaipal Reddy lashed out at the Sangh Parivar and RSS saying that while epic demon king Ravanasura had 10 heads, the RSS and Sangh Parivar have 100 heads each. “Both RSS and Sangh Parivar outshone Ravanasura in all aspects”, he alleged. Jaipal Reddy said there was no truth in the reports that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was annoyed with BJP leaders, who were provoking religious differences”, he alleged. (NSS)
