Alleging that the TRS government was selling lands in Ranga Reddy district to fill the exchequer, former Home Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy said the government was showing no interest in providing water to irrigate lands in Ranga Reddy district.
Speaking to mediapersons here on Saturday, Sabitha warned that the Congress would not accept any change in the design of Pranahitha-Chevella project under any circumstances. She also made it clear that her party would fight against the TRS government till the Pranahitha-Chevella project water flows into Ranga Reddy district. She said it was the responsibility of the State government to provide water to the district where there was no water facility. (NSS)
