Nizam’s Charitable Trust staff to knock at court’s door

Employees of HEH the Nizam’s Charitable Trust are struggling for their rights for many years but the cold attitude of members and officials of Charitable Trust has forced them to knock at court’s door.

During 2002 to 2010 nearly 40 workers have been forced to retire under voluntary retirement scheme but they were deprived of the retirement benefits which landed them into financial trouble. The staff of Nizam Charitable Trust complained that the assurance given at the time of voluntary retirement including pension and other benefits were denied to them.

Workers struggling to seek justice have made complaint with the endowment department on which endowment commissioner has directed Director State Auditor to conduct audit of financial affairs of Nizam’s Charitable Trust. Meanwhile workers who were denied justice are mulling over knocking at the court’s door.
