Mumbai, Sept 07 : The market for the 6th consecutive day closed in red. Sensex closed at a 15-month low with 308 points.
Nifty on the other hand made a 14-month low slipping 96.25 at 7558.80.
HDFC, Tata Motors, Maruti, SBI and Cipla were among the top gainers. Midcap saw a steep fall of 2 percent and the laggards were Lupin, Coal India, Dr Reddy’s Labs, GAIL and BHEL. (ANI)
