The National Human Rights Commission has issued notice to the Andhra Pradesh Government in connection with attack on a lady MRO in Krishna district.
The NHRC took a strong note of attack on MRO Vanajakshi allegedly by operatives of illegal sand mining, including Denduluru MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar, at Rangampet in Munsuru Mandal of Krishna district on July 10. The NHRC has directed the State Government to submit its reply within two weeks. (INN)
