Netherlands team meets KCR about business ventures & investment

Ambassador of Netherlands Alphonsus stoelinga, along with a 20-member delegation, called on Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao this evening at his Camp office and apprised him of their meeting with Secretaries of various departments earlier. He also introduced members of his delegation and mentioned that each one of them representing a particular sector specialized in their respective areas.

The discussions between the delegation, Ambassador and Chief Minister rotated around areas of mutually beneficial business opportunities, agriculture, green house cultivation, agriculture university, horticulture university and so on. The Ambassador told the CM that they are interested in investing in areas of Agriculture, Health care and tourism in Telangana State.

Members of the delegation are drawn from various specialisations like Economics, Agriculture, Research and so on. The representatives told CM that they would make a draft proposal in the area of Health Care services in Government Hospitals as desired by CM.

Chief Secretary Dr Rajeev Sharma, Principal Secretary to CM S. Narsing Rao, Addl. Principal Secretary to CM Shanti Kumari, Secretary Industries Aravind Kumar, and TSIIC MD Narsimha Reddy were present in the meeting. (NSS)
