Telangana State BJP president G Kishan Reddy today said an NDA candidate would win in the Warangal Lok Sabha by-election scheduled to be held on November 21.
After parleys, the BJP and TDP leaders have decided to field a combined candidate for Warangal Lok Sabha bye-election.
Speaking to the media at Hanamkonda on Wednesday, Kishan Reddy appealed to the electorate to favour BJP candidate and teach a lesson to the TRS government. Earlier, the people expressed their dissatisfaction against TRS government by voting in favor of BJP candidate for MLC seat in Mahbubnagar-Nalgonda Graduates’ constituency.
Kishan Reddy alleged that KCR administration was defunct in Telangana. He also accused KCR of not keeping his promises to the people during the last Assembly elections. Of the 139 election promises of KCR, only 34 have been fulfilled, he added.
Kishan Reddy made it clear there will be a straight fight between the TRS and BJP candidates in Warangal bye-election. (NSS)
