Speaking on the occasion, President Mukherjee said he was happy to receive the first copy of the publication.

“The book speaks of the desire of billions of people who aspire to have the dream of a just world fulfilled some day. The volume will help us in understanding complex problems in the world today, ” he said.

Quoting Mahatma Gandhi, President Mukherjee said that the earth has enough resources for our need but not for our greed.

He said that “we will have to pay for the greed of a few who indulge in wanton destruction of nature which is adversely affecting climate all over the globe.”

He stated that those who desire the creation of a just world deserve a salute from us.

“Professor Dubey, who has endeavoured in this regard through purposive action in the form of policy and scholarship, is surely one of them,” President Mukherjee said. (ANI)
