Modi to lay foundation for AP’s new capital Amravati

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone for Andhra Pradesh State’s new capital Amravati on October 22.

Speaking to media persons on Friday, Health Minister Kamineni Srinivas said that the schedule of Prime Minister’s visit has been finalised. Modi will reach the Gannavaram Airport at 11.45 AM on October 22 and proceed for Amravathi at 11.55 AM. He will lay the foundation stone at 12.35 PM and address the gathering. After having lunch at 2.10 PM, the Prime Minister will leave for Tirupathi from Gannavaram Airport at 3 PM.

After performing pooja at Tirupati temple, Modi will return to New Delhi at 7.30 PM. (INN)
