Energy Minister G Jagdish Reddy today lashed out at opposition congress for targeting the ruling party in Warangal bypoll.
Addressing a press conference at the party headquarters Telangana Bhavan here, Reddy warned of taking legal action against the Congress leaders for making belittling remarks against the government. The minister accused the Congress of making false allegations against the government. The TRS will not keep quiet on the personal comments, he said.
The Congress was confined to the opposition position and they should talk properly avoiding nonsense, he said. The people will teach the opposition a lesson in the election. The BJP and Telugu Desam could not find a candidate for the bypoll and finally imported an NRI, he ridiculed. The opposition should stop making deliberate attempts to tarnish the government image, he suggested. The ruling party is ready to take constructive suggestions and will not tolerate maligned comments, the minister said.(NSS)
