MIM chief nails reports on deal with BJP in Bihar

Hyderabad MP and AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi today denied reports that his party has secret deal with the BJP in Bihar elections.

Speaking to the media today, Asaduddin refuted the media reports to this effect and asserted that there was no tacit understanding or a deal between AIMIM and BJP for Bihar elections. The AIMIM supremo said there will be no development with the grand ally of the JDU-RJD-Congress. Taking a dig, Asaduddin said the record of previous government of those parties shows the facts.

Asaduddin said his party will be contesting the ensuing Assembly elections only in the Seemanchal region. “We will soon announce the number of seats we will be contesting”, he said. The AIMIM has decided to contest in Bihar Assembly elections after Maharashtra elections. (NSS)
