Mild quake felt in Nepal

A mild earthquake of magnitude 4 was recorded in central Nepal today.

The aftershock to the devastating earthquake of April 25 was recorded at 6.00 am with its epicentre in Sindhupalhowk district, 100 km east of Kathmandu, according to the National Seismological Centre.

No reports of damage to life or property was reported.

A total of 372 aftershocks with 4 or more magnitude have been recorded since April 25, when some 9,000 people died due the temblor that destroyed many houses and other buildings.
