The government has appointed Mrs. Masooma Begum Deputy Collector, as Survey Commissioner Waqf Telangana. Secretary Minority Welfare Mr. Syed Omer Jaleel issued GO RT 224 in this connection.
Hitherto Director Minority Welfare Mr. Jalaluddin Akber was holding the additional charge of the post. Mrs. Masooma Begum has been serving as District Minority Welfare Officer Hyderabad till recently.
