Masjid-e-Aqsa, Nizamabad – A symbol of Muslim unity

Hyderabad: Masjid-e-Aqsa of Nizamabad located at Ahmed Nagar, Bodhan Road near Mallepally provides opportunities to various sects of Muslims to offer prayers. It is managed by Sunni Imam but it accommodates the followers of Ahle Hadith, Tableeghi and Devbandi Schools of Thoughts.

Jamat-e-Islami has been allotted an odd night in which former Ameer of Jamat-e-Islami, Maulana Malik Motasim Khan addressed the gathering. This mosque was constructed by late Mr. Fazil Ahmed five years back. His four sons, namely Khaleel Ahmed, Sohail Ahmed , Jameel Ahmed and Shakeel Ahmed follow different schools of thought. They say that if broadminded is observed, there won’t be any sectarian differences.
