Washington: Carrie Bradshaw’s beloved shoe designer, Manolo Blahnik is being celebrated with the 2015 Couture Council Award for Artistry of Fashion.
The 72-year-old designer will be presented with the award by Vouge’s editor Andre Leon Talley, ahead of the New York Fashion Week’s kickoff on September 11, reports E! Online.
Known for his enviable footwear designs, Blahnik has drawn in a huge celebrity cult following that includes Nicole Kidman, Rihanna, Victoria Beckham and Sarah Jessica Parker. (ANI)
