Malaysia to assist Rajasthan in upgradation of roads

Malaysia will assist the Rajasthan government in upgrading the state’s road network, officials said on Monday.

The public works department has signed an MoU worth Rs.10,000 crore with CIDBH, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Construction Industry Development Board, Malaysia, during the recently held Resurgent Rajasthan Partnership Summit.

“This agreement with Malaysia is expected to give a big boost to the road development efforts in Rajasthan,” said an PWD official.
