Mahatma Gandhi’s assassin, Nathuram Godse’s death anniversary to be observed as ‘Balidan Diwas’ by Hindu Mahasabha

New Delhi:Hindu Mahasabha announced that 15th November will be celebrated as “Balidan Diwas”. 15th November is the date when Nathuram Godse, Mahatma Gandhi’s assassin was hanged.

 

It is to be noted that last year, Hindu Mahasabha declared that it will build temples of Nathuram Godse.

 

Chandraprakash Kaushik, President of Hindu Mahasabha made a concrete plan to celebrated “Balidan Diwas” across the country. He also claimed that Godse was much more patriotic than Mahatma Gandhi. On the “Balidan Diwas” he asked country to sit and think why Godse killed Gandhi.

 

On the “Balidan Diwas” day, Mahasaba members will read out Godse’s speech and students will enact plays on Godse’s life.
