Johannesburg, Aug.21 : Controversial tennis star Nick Kyrgios has hit back at Swiss player Stan Wawrinka over his remark that the 20-year-old had not apologized for his on court sledge, saying that he had immediately apologized both privately as well as publically after the match.

The bad boy posted on facebook that he don’t want to take any more attention and just reacting on the reports that he did not apologize for his comments.

Kyrgios said that he is not playing any blame game, adding that he takes full responsibility for what was said, Sport 24 reports.

Kyrgios had earlier made an ‘ insulting remark’ to Wawrinka during their Rogers Cup match in Montreal last week.

The Australian tennis player has been facing criticism from the tennis fraternity after the ugly incident.

World number three Roger Federer, among several other leading players, led criticism on the Australian, saying that they were not used to that kind of talk in tennis. (ANI)
