Panchayat Raj Minister K. Tarakarama Rao has promised to provide 2BHK houses for the poor residents of Addagutta in Secunderabad in eight months time.
Speaking after laying foundation stone for 2BHK houses in Addagutta here on Friday, KTR said that all the houses would be completed on scheduled. He advised the beneficiaries not to get misled by middlemen and directly meet the State ministers for any clarifications.
KTR said unlike previous regimes, when weaker section houses were constructed outside the city without providing any amenities, he said that the TRS Government was constructing the 2BHK houses within the city limits. He said that the 2BHK houses would be spread on 600 sft and the beneficiaries need not pay a single rupee to get them. He also listed out various welfare schemes being implemented by the State Government. (INN)
