KTR to open Woxsen School of Business today

Minister of IT and Panchayati Raj K.T. Rama Rao will inaugurate Woxsen School of Business near Sadashivpet, 75km away from here on Wednesday. G.V. Prasad, Co-Chairman and CEO of Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, Konda Visveshwar Reddy, MP, among others will be present.

Woxsen School of Business will have five lakh sft built up area designed by noted architect Rajeev Sharma of Design Haus. It is coming up with an investment of Rs 500 crore on 200 acres land in Kamkole village under Munipally mandal of Medak district. The school is the brain-child of a Telugu man, the UK-based entrepreneur and educationist Praveen Pula. Woxsen School of Business is set up by Pinakin Educational Trust, a not for profit trust.

The Woxsen is offering one and two year PG programs in Management (PGPXP & PGDM). It has already commenced its first batch of students in 2014 and second in 2015. The School already entered into partnerships for PGPXP international immersion with Mannheim Business School, Germany’s leading business school and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Its faculty has conducted world class Learning Series programs to staff of various companies, some of which include US Consulate General, Hyderabad; Apollo Hospitals, Barclays, Accenture, IBM, Infosys, Rolls Royce, Qualcomm and others.
