KTR launches Yupp TV; Vows to make T a digital State

Minister for Information Technology and Panchayat Raj Kalvakuntla Taraka Ramarao today asserted that Telangana State will be transformed into a digital State.

KTR was launching Yupp Television at a program in a city hotel where former cricketer Brian Lara and Bollywood Actress Parinithi Chopra were present. Speaking on the occasion, KTR said the State government was committed to provide Internet facility to every house in the State. Besides, the government has taken up water grid project to supply potable water to every household. Brand band connectivity to every house will be reality in future, KTR said. Hyderabad is noted across the world and Telangana will become a digital State soon, he said.

Brian Lara said he has love and respect for Indians and was happy to be back in Hyderabad to participate in the television launching program. Yupp TV chief, Uday Reddy said they are noted for being top provider and foraying into Indiana market with 12 languages and over 200 channels. (NSS)
