Kodandaram calls for massive struggle in Telangana for seeking justice

Hyderabad: Chairman of Telangana Political Joint Action Committee, Prof. Kodandaram congratulated the people of Telangana on the occasion of 69th Independence Day and said that the purpose of Independence is not to get rid of British Rule but to establish peace and justice in the country through the development of weaker sections. He lamented that even after 69 years of Independence, we have not been able to achieve our goal.

 

He was addressing a gathering on the occasion of Independence Day at the office of Telangana JAC at New MLAs Quarters, Basheer Bagh. He further told that we have not been able to control communalism. He said that the real independence is to do full justice to weaker sections. He expressed his anger over the issues of bifurcation of employees of Telangana and Andhra. He blamed Central Govt. that even after the lapse of one year, Central Govt. failed to do justice to Telangana. He also said that a massive campaign and a strong protest struggle is needed for the people of Telangana to seek justice.
