Kejriwal’s tweet was to gain brownie points, says Shobha Oza

OZA

New Delhi, Sept. 23 : All India Mahila Congress president Shobha Oza on Wednesday said that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal’s tweet on Somnath Bharti appeared to be an act of earning additional brownie points.

“The tweet is an attempt to gain brownie points. Mr. Kejriwal very well knew about this case, and it is so unfortunate that Mrs Bharti had to wait for three months to have an FIR lodged against her own husband for domestic violence,” Oza told ANI.

“Mr. Kejriwal and his party was shielding him (Somnath Bharti) and protecting him all these days,” she added.

Portraying grief on the class tenth textbook quotation that ‘working women are one of the causes of unemployment in the country’, Oza said that this clearly exhibits the regressive and anti-women mind set of BJP and RSS. (ANI)
