KCR, Naidu condole death of pilgrims in Makkah crane crash incident

Telangana Andhra Pradesh governments have sought details about the deaths of pilgrims in the incident of crane crash at Holy Makkah. Special Officer Hajj Committee Prof. S A Shukoor along with Secretary Minority Welfare Syed Omer Jaleel called on Chief Minister of Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao’s Secretary for Minority Affairs Bhopal Reddy and briefed him about the deaths and injuries of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh pilgrims.

Chief Secretary Andhra Pradesh and Minister for Minority Welfare Andhra Pradesh also sought details from the Hajj committee so that the kin of the deceased could be provided aid. Special Officer Hajj Committee Prof S A Shukoor told that 4 people died in the crane crash incident at Makkah of which two belonged to Machlipatnam, Krishna district while the other two had gone through private travels.

Chief Minister of Telangana K. Chandrasekhar Rao and Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N Chandrababu Naidu have expressed deep shock over the death of Hajj pilgrims from Telangana and Andhra. They also consoled bereaved families.
