KCR Lists Steps To Develop Chinna Mulkanur

As part of flagship program “Grama Jyothi”, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today planted saplings and conducted a clean drive at his adopted village of Chinna Mulkanur under Chigurumamidi mandal of Karimnagar district.
Walking in the streets and narrow passages of the village, the Chief Minister planted saplings at an ideal school and other places. KCR interacted with the people and asked about their woes and problems. The Chief Minister slammed the previous governments for failing to provide basic amenities to the villages, which are bearing the brunt of non-development. Now the TRS government will address the needs of the people, he said and appealed to the people to keep their houses and environment clean and plant a sapling for better atmosphere.
Expressing concern over the plight of the people ignored by the previous governments, the Chief Minister said the Grama Jyothi program would help develop villages. The State government will provide all facilities such as water, power, roads, housing facility, schools and health services, he said. He asked the people to join hands to develop their own villages through a number of welfare schemes and funds. Every poor family will get a two bedroom housing facility in the near future, he assured. (NSS)
