KCR to inaugurate IDH Housing Colony on Vijayadasami

Commercial Taxes Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav informed that Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao would inaugurate the IDH Housing Colony at Secunderabad, consisting of 396 houses, on the occasion of Vijayadasami (Dussera).

Talasani, along with GHMC Commissioner and Special Officer Somesh Kumar and other senior officials, visited and inspected the final stage of the constructions of the houses at IDH Colony on Saturday. He said that the total project of the IDH Colony Housing was about Rs. 36.54 Crore where 396 houses are being constructed. He said almost all the works have been completed and the pending works, if any, would be completed by 10th October.

Somesh Kumar informed that M/s. NJR Constructions Pvt. Ltd., was assigned this project and works commenced on 18th December 2014. As on today, 15 Blocks (180 Houses) have been completed while one Block (12 Houses) has been stopped due to court case. In 17 other blocks (204 Houses) works on Plastering, Flooring, Plumbing, Electrical Works are in progress. (INN)
