Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is likely to attend the post-marriage function of Sonali Jaitley, daughter of Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, in New Delhi on Wednesday.
The Chief Minister is expected to leave for the national capital this evening. It may be said Sonali tied the knot with businessman-lawyer Jaish Bakshi on Monday night. The marriage held on Monday saw who’s who of the country, including President Pranab Mukherjee, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Minister M Venkaiah Naidu and many other political leaders, business honchos, industrialists and prominent film personalities.
As the Chief Minister could not attend the bridal ceremony despite getting an invitation from Arun Jaitley, KCR is likely to attend a reception on Wednesday in the national Capital. On the occasion, the Telangana Chief Minister may also call on Pranab Mukherjee, Narendra Modi and other Union ministers and invite them for his proposed Ayutha Chandi Yagam at Erravalli in Medak district.
